The Early Childhood Law and Policy Reporter (ECLPR) is developed especially for persons interested in preschool and early intervention services. Because the ECLPR's scope is specialized, early childhood issues can be covered more comprehensively and in greater depth than in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Law Report. The Early Childhood Law and Policy Reporter contains relevant federal and state judicial decisions including; U.S. Department of Education policy rulings, letters of finding, and memoranda, as well as state administrative decisions.
